Landstar announced the winners of two annual safety awards at its 2025 Agent Convention in April. The awards were the Landstar Safety Officer (LSO) of the Year and the Mutual Understanding of Safety Together (M.U.S.T.) Customer of the Year.

Pursuing a college degree is a little easier for 15 Landstar Scholarship Fund recipients. Names of the recipients for the 2025-2026 academic year were revealed in April at Landstar’s annual Agent Convention.

Donations to the Landstar BCO Benevolence Fund hit a record high in 2024. Thank you to the Landstar BCOs, agents and employees who generously contributed more than $146,200 last year to the fund, which helps independent owner-operators in times of hardship or emergency.

Landstar System, Inc. has been named a 2025 “Top North American Trucking Company” by the American Journal of Transportation (AJOT).

As a corporate sponsor of Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT), Landstar has worked with the organization to educate over 3,650 owner-operators on the proper actions when encountering potential trafficked victims.
