The outstanding efforts made by these professional men and women during July and August 2020, earned them a Landstar Star of Quality Award.

When Shelley and Trevor Hagerman opened their Ontario, Canada-based Landstar agency, TH Logistics Inc., the Agents say, they didn’t have a business plan in place nor did they know how to get one started. But, they knew they could turn to Landstar for support.

Landstar works directly with our network of independent freight agency owners to help them establish business plans. While the plan is unique to every freight agency, these are the components we frequently assess throughout the process.

The outstanding efforts made by these professional men and women during May and June 2020, earned them a Landstar Star of Quality Award.

Each month, deserving independent business capacity owners (BCOs) and independent Agents earn Star of Quality awards, recognizing their extra efforts and individual dedication to service. The outstanding efforts made by these professional men and women during March and April 2020, earned them a Landstar Star of Quality Award.

“It is Louis’ experience, professionalism and determination that earned him the Rookie of the Year recognition,” said Landstar President and CEO Jim Gattoni.

Don Ellis of Shipment Transport, Inc. based in Cumberland Gap, Tennessee, was selected for his outstanding support of the Landstar safety culture.

Landstar announced Shape Technologies as the overall winner. Also recognized was independent Landstar Agent Mike Nelson of Nelson Logistics Management LLC, the Landstar agency that provides the customer with transportation logistics services.
